The Integration API allows authorized clients to access inventory and pricing data from supported sources through the Skulytics API. These endpoints are designed to provide a consistent structure for source-based data so it can be consumed more easily across different systems and workflows.

Access Requirements

To use Integration endpoints, clients must:

include the standard Authorization header using their Skulytics public_key
have valid access to the requested source based on the credentials or permissions configured in their Skulytics account

Access is controlled per client and per source. Some sources may require additional source-specific credentials. For example, ADC access requires valid ADC Member ID and Member Passcode configured in the client account.

ADC Credential Registration

To access ADC data, clients must first register their ADC Member ID and Member Passcode in Skulytics.

If ADC credentials have not been registered yet, please use the Integration Access ADC endpoint to submit and validate the Member ID and Member Passcode before using ADC-related integration endpoints.

Inventory Quantity

Use this endpoint to retrieve inventory availability from supported sources. Depending on the source, the response may include:

product information
source information
warehouse-level inventory details
available quantity
purchase order quantity
date_updated as the latest successful sync reference

Inventory Pricing

Use this endpoint to retrieve pricing data from supported sources. Depending on the source, the response may include:

product information
source pricing information
cost-related values
date_updated as the latest successful sync reference

[NEW] Integration Endpoint Overview

Important: Integration is available across multiple endpoints in Skulytics, depending on the type of data you need.

For inventory quantity data, use the Inventory Quantity endpoint.
For general SKU information, use the Get a Product endpoint.
For ADC pricing data, use the Inventory Pricing endpoint.

This structure allows clients to retrieve the specific type of data they need through the appropriate endpoint.

Response Structure

Integration endpoints use a consistent response format:

data contains product and source results
meta contains request context, access result, and filters
errors contains validation, authorization, or source-related issues

Response fields may vary depending on the selected source and the data available for that source. For sources with warehouse-level inventory, inventory data is grouped under each source. For sources with source-level pricing only, pricing data is grouped under source pricing information.

Authentication

These endpoints use the same authentication method as the rest of the Skulytics API.

Header:

Authorization: Bearer {public_key}

A valid Skulytics API key is required. Some sources may also require additional client-specific credentials or permissions.

Source-Specific Rules

Supported sources may apply additional access requirements or response behavior.

ADC

ADC is currently supported through the Integration API.

To access ADC data, clients must:

use a valid Skulytics API key
have valid ADC Member ID and Member Passcode configured in their account

Only clients with valid ADC credentials can access ADC inventory and pricing data.

ADC Access Setup

Before accessing ADC inventory and pricing data, clients must register their ADC Member ID and Member Passcode through the Integration Access ADC endpoint.

This endpoint is used to validate and store the ADC credentials required for ADC source access.

For ADC responses:

inventory quantity is returned with warehouse-level data
pricing is returned at source level
date_updated represents the latest successful sync timestamp for the related ADC data

If ADC credentials are missing or invalid, ADC data will not be returned.
