List Brand Authorizations

Retrieve brand authorization progress for Platform Clients and Individual Clients, including approved, pending, and rejected requests.

Platform Clients can retrieve authorization information for their subclients, including a unique magic link that can be shared to access the Brand Authorization page in the Skulytics Customer Portal.

Important: Different response structures by client type

Platform Client: Returns a list of subclients, each containing a magic link and brand authorization details.
Individual Client: Returns brand authorization details directly without subclients or magic links.
Only active Platform Client and Individual Client Public API Keys can access this endpoint.
Brand authorization requests must be submitted through the Customer Portal. This endpoint is read-only.

subclient_id

Filter by a specific subclient ID. Available for Platform Clients only.

subclient_business_name

Filter subclients by business name. Supports case-insensitive partial matching. Available for Platform Clients only.

brand_id

integer

Filter brand authorization records by the brand's unique ID.

brand_name

Filter brand authorization records by brand name. Supports case-insensitive partial matching.

status

string

Filter by authorization status. Valid values: approved, pending, rejected.

access_type

string

Filter by authorization access type. Valid values: Direct, Distributor.

page

integer

Specify the page number for paginated subclient results. Available for Platform Clients only.

per_page

integer

Specify the number of subclients to return per page. Valid range: 1–100. Available for Platform Clients only.
