Skulytics Integration Guide

The onboarding flow depends on your account type and the integration source you want to access.

Account Types

Individual Retailers

If you are an individual retailer, you can use your existing API key to register access to an integration.

To begin, visit the integration access page and complete the registration process.

Platforms

If you are a platform managing multiple clients, each client must have their own API token.

Create a token for each client through the sub-client setup page.

After that, each client must register access through the integration access page.

Using Integrated Data

Once integration access has been successfully registered and the integration data is available, you can use Skulytics API endpoints as usual.

Depending on the type of data provided by the integration, integrated data may be available across endpoints such as:

For general product information, such as product name, brand, category, or other product attributes, use the existing Get a Product endpoint.

For distributor-specific registration behavior, see:

Data Refresh Frequency

Data from each distributor is refreshed approximately once every hour.

This means distributor-provided inventory data, such as inventory quantity and inventory pricing, may not reflect changes in real time.

After a distributor sends updated data to Skulytics, the latest available data will be exposed through the existing Skulytics API endpoints after the next scheduled refresh.
